Join us for our annual 4th of July 4th cookoff featuring guest judge mayor Paulette Guajardo! Limited to just 20 teams! Arrive as early as 9:30 AM to set up, with all preparations complete by 11:30 AM. Note that trailer space is limited, so contact us in advance if you plan to bring one. Teams must bring their own trash bags, as no power will be provided, but a receptacle for hot ashes will be available post-cooking. For a $60 entry fee, each team receives wings, hamburger meat, and a six-pack of Supremo, with the option to compete in three judged categories: Wings, Burger, and Dessert though participation in all is not required. Most prize money will be awarded to the Burger and Wings categories. Secure your spot by paying online and collect your donated meat from Boarri Craft Butchery on Thursday 7/3. Judging kicks off at 2:00 PM, with awards announced immediately after. Unleash your creativity and bring your best flavors to this fun-filled event!
